COURSE ADVERTISING, SALES, MARKETING, AND DISTRIBUTION:
By advertising, selling, marketing, and/or distributing the course materials, by any means, you agree to the following terms:
1) METHODS USED: You may place our course product information in any website, email, newsletter, television, mail, catalog, link, popup window, redirect, java console, multimedia, third-party affiliate programs, or other legal means of advertising or sale, subject to the following conditions:
2) NO SPAM: You may not use "spam" or other unwanted email, telephone, or other communication.
3) MUST OBEY ALL APPLICABLE LAWS: You must not use any illegal or unethical method, including any outrageous or false claims about our product. All methods and content used to advertise, sell, market and/or distribute our product must obey all laws (including internationally recognized law) in the jurisdiction in which it is read or received.
4) NO PORNOGRAPHY, PROFANITY, OR OFFENSIVE MATERIAL: You must not incorporate or associate our product in any way with any pornography, profane language, or otherwise offensive material.

RIGHT OF TERMINATION AND ENFORCEMENT:
We reserve the right to terminate any advertiser, seller, marketer, or distributor that violates the terms of this Agreement. We reserve the right to enforce the terms of this Agreement in a court of law, or otherwise, and seek any appropriate damages caused by violations of these requirements.

SINGLE USER LICENSE
Advertising, selling, marketing, or distributing our course materials constitutes offering a single user license to use the course materials for personal use only. A single user license allows the purchaser to incorporate the course materials into their own trading or analysis models, software, spreadsheets, or derivative works, however any distribution or resale of these derivative works incorporating our content in original or modified form outside of the purchaser`s own personal use requires a further written license. Any representation by an advertiser, seller, marketer, or distributor that the course license is for more than a single user may lead to liability for each use which violates the single user limit, regardless of whether that violation occurred directly or indirectly (for example, by redistribution of logins and passwords by multiple parties.) Any sharing of login information may result in billing you the full amount for each additional violating user detected.

ACCEPTANCE OF LICENSE AGREEMENT:
You automatically accept and agree to obey the terms of this DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT by advertising, selling, marketing, or distributing the course content, product descriptions, files, or other associated materials. Due to the electronic nature of the course content, this acceptance is automatic and cannot be revoked by you, in whole or part.
