SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT
This software license agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between User and ALL.COM.
By downloading and installing, copying or otherwise using the Software, User agree to be bound by the terms of
this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, User may not download, install, copy or
use the software, and User may return the unused software to the vendor from which User acquired it within thirty
(30) days and request a refund of the license fee, if any, already paid upon showing proof of payment.
If User does not agree to the terms of the Agreement, User is not granted any rights whatsoever in the Software.
If User is not willing to be bound by these terms and conditions, User should not click on the "ACCEPT" button,
and may not access or otherwise use the Software or Services.
1. Definitions.
(a) "Service" means the service(s) that ALL.COM or its delegate will provide.
(b) "Software" means the ALL Client Alpha 2010.04.
(c) “Services” means Chat areas, profiles, file cabinets and/or other message or communication facilities
and audio playback.
(d) "User" means the natural person or the entity that is agreeing to be bound by this Agreement,
their employees and third party contractors that provide services to User.

2. License Grant.
ALL.COM grants User a nonexclusive, nontransferable limited license to use Software for its Permitted Use.
The copies of Software provided to User under this Agreement are licensed, not sold, to User by ALL.COM.
ALL.COM reserves all rights not expressly granted herein. This license grant does not extend to the separately
licensed code listed in the Open Source and Third Party Licenses file.

3. Permitted use.
User may use the Software for its own Individual Use, subject to and conditioned on its compliance with
this Agreement, the Technology Restrictions referred to in section 4 below, and the Open Source and Third
