XR Backup 2.0
XR Backup is different from any other backup software; its main feature is that it will take copies of your files automatically whenever they are changed, and it keeps a full history of versions of each file. It is also flexible as to when and how to perform the backup, you can set the program to perform real-time or continuouse data protection or you can select periodic backups up to 5 min period, or it can be hourly, daily, weekly or monthly.. or you can select to place a shortcut on your desktop so that you`ll let the program to detect your changes only on demand.
This program allows you to browse and manage the history of your files, you can select to view and/or restore an individual version of a file, or you can select to fully restore your files to how they were at any point in time.
With XR Backup, you can select your backup destination to be on a Local Disk Drive, a network shared folder on another computer, a Network Attached Storage (NAS ), a USB Hard Disk or even a Flash Drive.
This Online Software Distribution Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Daher Alfawares - Exare Inc. ("Software Owner") and any party ("Distributer") that wishes to re-distribute XR Backup ("The Software").
This Agreement is valid through 2008-2009 a new version of the Agreement should be found by contacting the Software Owner.
I. ONLINE DISTRIBUTION
The Software Owner grants you permission to distribute The Software on your website as is, without any modifications. The Software Owner does not limit you from distributing the software to any geographical location. The description of the software is limited to The Software installer, images and screenshots, icon and copyright notices. Custom screenshots of The Software may be distributed provided that the Software Owner retain all copyrights of the screenshots and must be explicitly mentioned on the same page.
II. DISK DISTRIBUTION
This Agreement grants the Distributer the permission to distribute an intact trial version of The Software. The distributer however is required to contact the Software Owner with detailed information about the region in which The Software is to be distributed.

III. COPYRIGHT NOTICE AND AGREEMENT
Copyright of The Software, its description and all of its images and logos are retained to the Software Owner.
DISTRIBUTER HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT DISTRIBUTER HAS READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTANDS IT AND AGREES TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
