Distribution license for Etymonix MPEG-2 Video Codec

1. Legal online services including BBSs, WWW sites and FTP sites which
do NOT charge for file downloads or for online access time may
make the trial version of the product available for download.
Shareware sites may freely distribute the trial version of the product.

2. Shareware CD-ROM distributors that charge a copying/distribution
fee of no more than US$10 may distribute the trial version of the
product without a special distribution license. However, you must
make it clear that users are NOT purchasing the product and that
they must contact Etymonix Inc. to legally register it.

3. You may not add, modify or remove copyright or trademark
information. You may not add, modify or remove files from the
original distribution package or repackage the product.


PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT ALL RECIPIENTS OF THIS PROGRAM ALSO HAVE OR CAN
READILY OBTAIN THE LATEST VERSION OF THE FOLLOWING FILES:

COMCTL32.DLL

This program, as with all of the many programs written in Visual C++
version 6.0, requires these files to be located in your Windows\System
(for Win9x) or Windows\System32 (for WinNT4/2000) subdirectory. It is
common practice not to distribute these DLLs with an application
because they are large and this would reduce download time each time
you obtain a Visual C++ program. Additionally, this would take up
much more space on CD-ROMs, BBS`s, etc if they were distributed with
every application that requires them.
