Profile creation and changes require minimum activity from the user with only a few mouse clicks. Shifting between profiles is also reduced to a couple of clicks. The user can create profiles by any condition arranging icons for example by type (Office applications, Graphics, Software Development, Games etc). One thing important is that icons of frequently used programs can be distributed through several profiles at the same time reducing the need of switching between the profiles. For different screen resolutions icons positions are stored separately providing for optimal use of available desktop space i.e. each resolution setting has its own set of profiles. If a PC is being operated by several users they can also define their personal settings.
Icon Keeper Deluxe also provides for instant recovery of icons positions on the desktop when they are randomly piled. When launching full screen mode applications (games as a rule) that switch current screen resolution at startup and restore previous resolution upon exit. The same effect can be observed when starting Windows in the safe mode. This trouble can not be resolved by standard tools of the OS. Once Icon Keeper Deluxe is installed the trouble disappears.
AGREEMENT by and between Enterra, Inc., software developers
corporation ("Enterra") and the undersigned ("Distributor").
1. Agreement Scope. This Agreement supercedes any and all prior
distribution agreements between Enterra and Distributor. The
terms of this distribution agreement may be changed by Enterra
without prior notice, and Enterra reserves the right to terminate
this distribution agreement with Distributor at any time.
2. Authorization. Enterra grants Distributor a non-exclusive
license to distribute any of Enterra`s shareware products,
provided that Distributor abides by the Terms of Distribution.
3. Terms of Distribution:
a. For each product, Distributor must distribute the entire
software package, including but not limited to: "Read Me"
files, documentation, software license, and the program itself.
Distributor may not modify any part of the program or
the accompanying files in any way.
b. Distributor may not distribute any software products by
Enterra that are NOT found in Enterra`s
Support Forums.
c. Distributor agrees to distribute only the latest versions of
Enterra`s products, and agrees to check Enterra`s Support
Forums for the latest versions of any products before
distributing them.
d. Distributor must send Enterra a copy of whatever
collection/book/CD-ROM, etc. that Enterra`s software is
included on.
4. Enterra`s Support Forums. The latest versions of Enterra`s
products are always available in the Enterra Support Forums on
the following services:

5. Notification. Enterra agrees to notify Distributor via electronic
mail when any new versions of Enterra`s products are released.
6. Term. This Agreement shall expire 5 years after the date set forth
below, unless sooner terminated in accordance with the provisions
of this Agreement.
7. Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed
in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida without
reference to its conflict of laws provisions.
8. Authority. Each party hereby represents that it has the
unrestricted right and authority to enter into and perform its
obligations under this Agreement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this Agreement to
be executed by their duly authorized officers as of the date set
forth below.
