Accommodation Bulk Emailer 1

This small easy to use application allows for client management and bulk emailing. Keep a complete list of recipients for the accommodation industry, or any industry. Quickly setup the application to use your smtp server and default from address. Manage your contact list with a click of a button. Accommodation Bulk Emailer supports multiple attachments, setup your email details which is by default set to your initial setup information.

Easily add or filter your recipients from the contact list, type your email personalizing the email for each recipient by adding email parameters. The current mail merge parameters supported are Full Name, Date and Time.

View your email send status, which shows you the current status for each recipient.

Accommodation bulk emailer was originaly envisioned for use within the accommodation industry and is a watered down version of a much larger Accommodation management system developed in the Eastern Cape, South Africa. Future upgrades for Accommodation Bulk Emailer will include: HTML email templating, more comprehensive contact list information, conversion to PDF and more.
