LICENSE TO USE AND DISTRIBUTE SYSTEM LOCKER

SYSTEM LOCKER is shareware.
This means:

1. All copyrights to SYSTEM LOCKER are exclusively owned by EGTSOFT.


2. SYSTEM LOCKER may be freely distributed, provided the
distribution package is not modified. No person or company may
charge a fee for the distribution of SYSTEM LOCKER without
written permission from the copyright holder.


3. After the expiration of 15 days of trial time you must do one of the
following:

A. Either purchase your copy of SYSTEM LOCKER or

B. Stop using the product, uninstall and delete it from your computer.


4. There are three types of licenses:

A. Single User License.

One registered copy of SYSTEM LOCKER may either be used by a single
person who uses the software personally on one or more computers,
or installed on a single workstation used nonsimultaneously by
multiple people, but not both.

B. Multiple User License.

Same as Single User License, but you own a fixed number of SYSTEM
LOCKER copies (2, 5 or 10). This type of license allows you to
save your money by receiving a discounts which depend on quantity
of copies you are going to buy.

C. Site License.

The conditions of this license are subject to discuss. Write
a message to sales@egtsoft.com for more information.

Usually Site License means that any number of users at a single
location can install and use the software on one or more computers
or workstations.


5. SYSTEM LOCKER IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY
KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE SYSTEM LOCKER AT
YOUR OWN RISK. THE COMPANY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA
LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS
WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.


6. Installing and using SYSTEM LOCKER signifies acceptance of
these terms and conditions of the license.


7. If you don`t agree with terms of the license you must remove
SYSTEM LOCKER files from your storage devices and cease to
use the product.
