KIWI REAL ESTATE LICENSE
LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH THE END USER FOR THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT KIWI REAL ESTATE

This Kiwi Real Estate License Agreement End User (the "Agreement") is a contract between you (either an individual or legal entity) and Catherine Bettalli for product software Kiwi Property above. The Product ( "SOFTWARE PRODUCT") includes computer software and may include storage media associated with it, printed materials and documentation "online" or electronic form. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is distributed in kind ( "version") "freeware" and altrre addon versions that differ in functionality available to the user. Any updates to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are provided separately by special contract as specified below art. 3. Any software provided with the SOFTWARE PRODUCT that is associated with a license agreement with the end user separately is licensed to you subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. By installing, copying, downloading, accessing or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE

The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by applicable laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other laws and treaties on intellectual property. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE.
This EULA grants you the following rights:
- Software applications. The freeware and other entitle the user to install, use, access, display, perform or otherwise interact with ( "Run") one copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a single computer, workstation, terminal or other device virtualized system Electronic digital ( "COMPUTER"). The version with addon NETWORK entitles the user to install, use, access, display, perform or otherwise interact with ( "Run") one copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, in all its computers, workstations, terminals, or virtualized systems other digital electronic device ( "COMPUTER") interconnected in local area network ( "LAN").
