By installing this software, you agree that you have read and agree with all the terms and conditions stated herein, and are bound by same. If you do not agree, you may not install this software.
The Software and documentation are licensed, not sold, to you. You may not rent, lease, display or distribute copies of the Software, with or without modification, to others without specific prior written permission from E-Centric, Inc. except as specified herein as pertaining to the license you purchased. You may not disassemble, decrypt, reverse engineer, or alter the Software.
2. Endorsement
Neither the name E-Centric, Inc. nor the names of its contributors may be used to endorse or promote products derived from this software without specific prior written permission.
3. License Grant
E-Centric, Inc. grants to you only, the Licensee, the non-exclusive, nontransferable right to use the Software in accordance with the license you procure from E-Centric, Inc. If you are using this product for your employer, this agreement also includes your employer. You may only use the Software on computers for which the Software is licensed. Software that is distributed as shareware or a demo may only be used for testing and evaluation purposes or as otherwise indicated under the Demo License below.
If you have not purchased the software, the Demo License applies to you. Otherwise, the license that applies to you is the one that you purchased. The following are the licenses offered for the Software with their respective permissions and limitations:
Demo License:
You may install the Software on only one computer for testing and evaluation purposes and may use all product features for a maximum of 14 days. After the 14-day period has expired, you may continue to use the Software with limitations (as published on E-Centric, Inc.’s Web site). You must agree to abide by these restrictions regardless of whether or not the Software itself imposes them on you by restricting access to the full set of features exclusively reserved for all other Licenses listed herein. These restrictions include, but are not limited to:
(a) Only one survey may be active (i.e., accessible to end-users) at any time.
(b) You may not use the pie chart functionality.
(c) You may not use progress indicators, or create mutli-page surveys. (Only single-page surveys are allowed.)
