End User License Agreement
By installing or using this software, you agree to the following terms. Installing, copying, or otherwise using this software indicates your acknowledgment that you have read this End User License Agreement and agree to be bound by and comply with its terms.

This is not free software. You may use the trial version of this software at no cost for evaluation purposes only for 30 days from the date you first used it. After 30 days, you must register this software. After you register this program, you will receive: a CD with a fully-functional copy of the latest version of this software, free technical support, and free upgrades to any subsequent versions of this software that may be developed. The upgrades are delivered as a download only. If you do not register this software, you must stop using it and delete any copies that you have retained of it after 30 days.

Dramatic Innovations grants you a non-exclusive license to use the software in accordance with the terms of this License.

Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to this software shall remain in Dramatic Innovations. Dramatic Innovations owns this software and any copies you are authorized by Dramatic Innovations to make. This End User License Agreement does not grant you any intellectual property rights in the software. This software is protected by international copyright treaties.

This software may be installed only on one computer at a time. You may physically transfer the program from one computer to another, provided that the program is only installed on a single computer at a time. Installation of this software on a network is only permitted if you have purchased licenses sufficient to cover the number of copies concurrently in use. You may make one copy of this software solely for archive or backup purposes.

You may not:
1. Use the software or make copies of it other than as specifically permitted in this End User License Agreement, unless you have received prior written express permission from Dramatic Innovations.
2. Translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble this software.
3. Rent, lease, assign, sell, sublicense, lend, or transfer this software or license.
4. Modify this software or merge all or any part of the software with another program.
5. Separate the component parts of this software for use on more than one computer.
6. Distribute this software or any part of this software, unless you have received prior written express permission from Dramatic Innovations.

This agreement will be governed by Minnesota and Federal law.


Disclaimer of Warranties
This software is provided on an AS IS basis, without warranty of any kind, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and all such warranties are expressly and specifically disclaimed. Should the software prove defective, you assume the entire cost of any service or repair. DRAMATIC INNOVATIONS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SOFTWARE. This remains true even if Dramatic Innovations has been advised of the possibility of such damages or claims. The person using this software bears all risk as to the utility and performance of this software.
