Backup Watcher for MySQL is very flexible, allows you to back up your data locally (to a PC’s hard-drive ), remotely (to a server via TCP/IP,even if your data is behind a firewall) or to removable storage media (floppies, flash drives, CDs, etc.) The program has a profile wizard, which allows you to create multiple backup profiles, so you may perform “minor” daily backups, while doing total database backup only once a week or month. There is also a data compression option to conserve disk space, which is no small thing, when your database contains millions of entries. The program supports multiple languages and can be used as a database transfer tool.
SQLBalance for MySQL is a powerful and extremely useful utility for DBA. It allows to compare and synchronize the structure of different databases, controlled by MySQL server and even more! You can also balance the structure of ANY database (through ODBC) with a database of MySQL type. Databases, located on different servers can be easily compared by means of SQL Balance for MySQL. It is also possible to save the database structure into the file and then compare it with the online database.
SQLNavigator for MySQL was developed for the work with any database objects (such as tables, triggers, procedures and functions). You can create them (using buit-in Wizards), edit and delete. This program allows to view data of the tables of any size and to change the rights of the MySQL server users.
