Does amortizations for fixed, variable, Canadian, biweekly, and other types of mortgages, and compounds daily, weekly, bi-weekly, half-monthly, four-weekly, bi-monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually. Annual subtotals can be displayed and printed. Professional quality printouts can be created, and registered users can customize the program with their own logo and text. Supports infinite undo/redo, auto-save, animated 3D graphs, payment grid (rate vs. principal), `Tip of the Day`, and export to Excel (XLS) or comma-separated (CSV) files. Advanced logging provides detailed debugging info for very fast bug fixes. Supported continuously, by the same author, since 1993, and provides automatic conversion from all previous versions of AprCalc.
