License Agreement (Shareware Version)
You may use the SOFTWARE without charge on an evaluation basis. In the unregistered version you have these limitations: only can compile at most 10 topics, only can use Save command at most 5 times in edit mode in the Html Preview window, only can decompile at most 5 .chm files every time you use Batch Decompile command. You must pay the license fee and register your copy if you wish to use the SOFTWARE without any limitation.

License Agreement (Registered Version)
One registered copy of PowerCHM may either be:
* Used by a single person who uses the software personally on one or more computers.
OR

If the registered version of PowerCHM is to be accessed through a network, then you must obtain individual licenses of PowerCHM for each of the computers that will access PowerCHM. For example, if 10 different computers access PowerCHM on the network, then each computer must have it`s own PowerCHM license, regardless of whether they use PowerCHM at different times or concurrently.
