Hardware Inspector Client/Server is an advanced tool for computer hardware and software management. Single database for all branch offices can be accessed via the Internet. It doesn`t require servers like MS SQL or MySQL. The program is known for high data safety and efficiency.
Access to the data can be restricted at several levels: access to the database, device types, workplaces tree nodes and program features. Such an approach allows different specialists to work with data without interference and compromising security policy.
Our solution provides detailed computer hardware and software inventory: installation data, accounting and warranty data, etc. Data can be imported from system reports by EVEREST, ASTRA and ASTRA32 .
Hardware Inspector Client/Server has multiple inventory options: barcode scanner support, inventory modes with and without access to the database, reports on progress and results, barcode label templates, etc. Among other features there are automated computer audit, inventory of network connections, powerful search tools, etc.
Our solution includes a fully-functional Service Desk, which can automatically assign responsible persons, mail notifications about changes in requests, follow up request processing and much more. It can be integrated with Hardware Inspector Service Desk, a web interface for effective user-supporter communications. The advantage is that users can register and submit requests themselves, which greatly relieves the support team. Works performed can be linked to asset history, which can serve as a solid basis of impartial assessment of supporters` performances.
Hardware Inspector Client/Server comes with more than 60 report templates that can be easily modified with the help of Visual Report Designer. Report templates can be located both on local computers, and on the network. Users also can create their own templates as all necessary materials are on our site.
