JotSmart(tm) software captures and stores the marked-up information in standard image and audio formats -- JPG and PNG for images, WAV audio for voice messages. By supporting standard industry formats, JotSmart(tm) software creates files that can be viewed, played and edited with most standard graphics and audio software. JotSmart(tm) software features an easy installation/setup and a familiar graphics interface that make learning and using the software a snap.
Version 1.0 is being distributed as trialware, with a 45-day trial period. If you like JotSmart(tm) software and wish to continue using it after this trial period, we offer easy and secure online registration at www.dailytoast.com.

DISTRIBUTION LICENSE AGREEMENT

This software may be distributed in it`s free 45-day trialware version
only by an agent, customer or distributor (e.g. shareware software
distribution website) of The Company with Internet or Intranet based
online services, electronic bulletin boards or other electronic
distribution media provided the Software is distributed in it`s
entirety, unmodified and at no cost to the customer.
Agents, End Users or distributors of The Company`s Software are
expressly forbidden to conduct or complete all or parts of the
following tasks without the express written consent of The Company:
(1) Distributed the Software on CD-ROM, disk, or other physical
media with our without a fee.
(2) Alter this software in any way, including but not limited to
changing, modifying or removing any messages or windows.
(3) Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise reduce
this software to a human perceivable form.
(4) Modify, rent or resell for profit this software, or create
derivative works based upon this software.
(5) Publicize or distribute any registration code algorithms,
information, or registration codes used by this software.
The Company expressly does not grant any distribution rights with
this trialware free-version distribution license agreement to end
users, customers, agents, distributors or other company
representatives for paid or site licensed versions of The
Company Software.
