Contains 3 essential forms: While You Were Out, Appointment Reminder, and Contact report. These basic forms may be edited by adding and deleting fields to create custom forms specific to your business. Telephone Message Pad is not restricted to only While you were out messages.
Solves inconsistent phone answer handling, phone message routing, handling of out of office calls, and lost while you were out message slips. Multi-user versions allow searching all message taken in the office by anyone.
Comes in three editions.
The low cost Basic Edition which resides on message taker`s Windows computer ($49.00 ea) with no added hardware.
The Standard Edition resides on a central Windows server (not provided) and supports multiple operators on either Mac or PC ($115 plus $15/operator). Messages may be searched independent of who took the message.
The Cloud Server edition is hosted by us and allows message takers and message recipients to log and search all phone calls. In addition to Mac and PC support, the hosted edition is accessible by your mobile professionals using iPad, iPhone, Android, or laptop computers provided they have a web browser and Internet connection.
You may not rent, lease, loan or resell Telephone Message Pad. You may not permit third parties to benefit from the use or functionality of Telephone Message Pad via a timesharing, service bureau or other arrangement. You may not transfer any of the rights granted to you under this Agreement. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Telephone Message Pad, except to the extent that the foregoing restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law. You may not modify, or create derivative works based upon, Telephone Message Pad in whole or in part. You may not copy Telephone Message Pad or Documentation except as expressly permitted above. You may not remove any proprietary notices or labels on Telephone Message Pad.
