CyberMatrix Pro Schedule Client/Server is a simple to use multi-user client/server group appointment booking program. Pro Schedule is an ideal appointment scheduler for professionals who are often booking appointments such as doctors, physiotherapists, dentists, veterinarians, hairdressers and lawyers. It can be used in offices, clinics, beauty salons and hospitals. Pro Schedule Client/Server includes its own self-contained database server so you don`t need to setup an unwieldy database server like Microsoft SQL server, MySQL and PostresQL.

Pro Schedule features sophisticated repeating appointments having daily, weekly and monthly options. Bookings can be moved by dragging and dropping or cutting and pasting from person to person or day to day. Appointment alarms remind you of upcoming bookings. See bookings of a single person in daily, weekly or monthly views. You can also view the bookings of all people in a single day or the entire week. You can even see client and room views. The search features allow you to find obscure appointments quickly as well as locate openings at a certain time or of a certain length. Security options limit who can see and change what data. Bookings can be synchronized with PalmOS and Windows Mobile devices as well as Microsoft Outlook. To do items display actions people need to finish. Appointment reports show and condense appointment data. You can even modify reports or design your own. The email scripting options allow you to determine which data is sent in reminder notices and change emails.
