CyberMatrix Office has been designed to mimic an office scenario as much as possible. CyberMatrix Office allows employees to view each other by a web camera or view the other employee`s desktop or both. Any number of connections with other employees can be made depending only on your system`s resources. Employees can be assigned a status which determines how they can be interacted with. For example, for "open area" employees, anyone can see the person and their screen and the employee does not know if anyone is watching. For "cubicle" employees, you can see the person and their screen but the employee knows you are watching. "Private" employees can only be contacted by other "office" employees. No one can contact an "exclusive" employee. All "office" employees must be asked permission to see their screen. All "closed office" and "private" employees must be asked permission to see them.
You may access the registered version of CyberMatrix Office through a network, provided that you have obtained an appropriate seat license for the software covering all workstations that will access the software through the network. For example, if 10 different workstations will access CyberMatrix Office on the network, you must have purchased a 10-seat CyberMatrix Office license, regardless of whether the workstations use CyberMatrix Office at different times or concurrently. A site license allows any number of machines in up to ten different sites to have the software installed and used by any number of people at the company the software was registered to.
