Fleet Manager is designed for organizations managing a vehicle fleet. It automates the day-to-day duties required to operate and maintain a significant number of vehicles. Its main functions include: manage vehicle data, assign vehicles to employees and/or sections, track vehicle mileage, manage installed equipment, deadline old vehicles instead of deleting them from the database, track accidents and incidents with photo viewer, track employee incidents, incorporate employee pictures, manage vehicle maintenance, automatically schedule inspections and calibrations, schedule preventive maintenance, create maintenance calendar, generate random list of vehicles for inspections with inspection forms, save annual scenarios for new and deadlined vehicles and base subsequent year`s scenario on a previously saved scenario with multiple alternate futures, numerous reports, and export data to Excel. Fleet Manager also greatly simplifies calculating accumulated depreciation to aid in fleet budget planning, doing in hours what probably has taken days or weeks to do manually. It essentially provides a fleet "gaming" system for out year budget planning.
