CoSyDat eMail-Checker-TL 7.1

The CoSyDat eMail-Checker-TL can be used to check, manually or automatically at the backdrop, on or multiple POP3 eMail-Serverfor waiting eMail. The CoSyDat eMail-Checker-TL investigates the header of waiting eMail prior to download the eMail itself. According the information containing at the header of each eMail the CoSyDat eMail-Checker-TL decides and indicates automatically each eMail and presents them in grouped list for "Wanted Sender", "Unknown Sender" and "Unwanted Sender". Wanted eMail will be downloaded and unwanted will be deleted at the server without download. Three steps of "Agressiviveness" when checking can been chosen, whereas the highest step almost all "Unwanted" eMail indicates as those whereas the lower steps more indicates as "Unknown", which has to be manually reworked as "Wanted" or "Unwanted". The reaction of CoSyDat eMail-Checke-TL, when checking at the backdrop and if waiting eMail are available, can be predefined like, Individual reaction as required, opening the eMail-Checker and displaying the waiting eMail or opening the Mail-Program, registered by the system for opening mail files (*.eml). The eMail indicated as "Wanted" can either been downloaded to the CoSyDat eMail-Checker-TL, then been read or printed and transferred to the System Mail-Program, or in a first step all "Unwanted" eMail will be deleted at the server and after that the System Mail-Program will be started for downloading the "Wanted" eMail. The CoSyDat eMail-Checker-TL is able to import all POP3 mail accounts available at the computers system, for its own checking procedure and also is able to import the eMail addresses of the Windows Address book in the look-up list for "Wanted" eMail addresses of the CoSyDat eMail-Checker. An Update Wizard is included to search for new versions of the program and its modules and upon request the wizard will free download and install new versions.
