ecoPrint is easy to use--and to find--it is an extension of the regular print function. When a user wishes to print a document, ecoPrint`s ink saver feature allows users to reduce the amount of ink and toner to be used for the print job. After selecting their normal "Print" function, ecoPrint`s "Economy Printing" window appears enabling the adjustment of ink or toner to be saved and determined by the user. In many cases, users can reduce the amount of ink by up to 75% without significantly compromising document legibility.

* Conservation Calculator
Track your environmental impact. The conservation calculator shows the immediate and positive impact that ecoPrint customers can make on the environment. The calculator provides a detailed report on the number of trees and the amount of energy used, paper waste and greenhouse gasses emitted due to a user`s current printing habits. The calculator also recommends easy steps that can be taken to reduce waste by modifying the amount of ink and paper used.
