CST Instrumentation Studio for VCL 2.1

CENTURY SOAR TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD. DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT
This is a agreement between you and Century Soar Technology Co., Ltd(It will be referred to henceforth as `CST`) for using the CST`s evaluation software product.
You may:
a. use and distribute but not sell the copy of the evaluation software at the convenience.
b. distribute but not sell the application developed based the CST`s evaluation software.
You must¡­ if you are distributing the copy of the CST`s evaluation software:
a. disclose that this is a shareware and the software product is not free.
b. notice all copyright to the software and its documentation is reserved by Century Soar Technology Co., Ltd.
You may not:
a. sell the copy of the evaluation software.
b. sell the application developed based the evaluation software.
c. reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, create derivative works based on, or copy (except for the backup copy) the software or the accompanying documentation.
d. modify or remove any proprietary notices on the software and documentation.
e. rent or lease any rights for the software or documentation in any form to anyone.
COPYRIGHT
All rights, title and copyrights in and to the software, the accompanying documentation, and any copies of the software are owned by Century Soar Technology Co., Ltd.. The software is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Unauthorized copying of the software or the documentation, or failure to comply with the above restrictions, will result in immediate and automatic termination of this agreement.
