SOFTWARE PRODUCT DISTRIBUTION
1. DISTRIBUTION. This SOFTWARE is distributed as freware ore shareware on standard terms for these licenses. Brigsoft allows and encourages all web sites, on-line services, shareware disk vendors, CD-ROM vendors, bulletin board systems, and end-users to freely distribute the evaluation version of this Software. If you wish to distribute the Software, you may obtain the most recent version from http://www.abstime.com. It is generally not necessary to contact Brigsoft for authorization, and you may begin offering the evaluation version immediately.
3. TERMINATION. Without prejudice to any other rights, Brigsoft may terminate this DA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this DA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE.
4. COPYRIGHT. The SOFTWARE is protected by United States copyright law and international treaty provisions.
5. NO WARRANTIES. The Software is being delivered to you AS IS and Brigsoft makes no warranty as to its use or performance for end users.
