Money Smith Classic 3.1

A limited license is granted to copy and distribute the
unregistered shareware version of MoneySmith subject
to the conditions in the license and the following:

1) No fee, charge or compensation may be accepted for
distribution of MoneySmith except:
A) Time related usage fees for electronic bulletin
boards or internet service not directly related
to the downloading of this program.
B) You may charge a nominal fee of no more than
$10 to distribute this shareware version. If
included with other programs (i.e. on a CD-ROM)
the average price (Total price divided by number
of programs) per program may not exceed $10.

2) No one shall modify MoneySmith files, documentation,
or executables in any way, including reverse
engineering the program.

3) The full machine readable documentation, help files,
executable, and examples must be included with each
copy -- i.e. you must include ALL files.

4) You must correctly label the software as "Shareware"
and explain that a registration fee is required for use
beyond the 30 day trial period.

5) You may NEVER distribute registration keys, cracks,
registration information or other information or programs
that would permanently register MoneySmith UNLESS you
have been authorized in writing by Bradley J Smith as a
MoneySmith distributor and comply with the separate terms
for key distribution.

The registered version and registration keys for MoneySmith may not be copied or
distributed in any way without express written permission.

Distributors of MoneySmith agree to stop distribution of
BeerSmith upon written notification from Bradley J.
Smith (dba BeerSmith)
