Another valuable feature of Email Announcer is read receipt notification. With Email Announcer you never have to wonder if an incoming email has a read receipt attached. Now when email with a read receipt arrives two things happen. First the character of your choice will announce that a read receipt is attached and that the sender will be notified when the email is opened. Secondly a notification dialog box will pop up displaying which incoming email messages have read receipts attached. This works great when you`re away from your desk.
Email Announcer will also read to you any email that you are composing or have received. This feature allows you to continue working while the email message is being read directly to you! This works great when you receive several emails and can`t find the time to read them all.
This software can be included on a shareware archive CD-ROM or floppy diskette (referred to as "archive" in this document), under the terms of this agreement. The archive must not be limited to this single software package and must contain other software packages. The archive must also include our archive file (DLL) and installation, intact as it is provided by Blind Bat Software. The archive should not be altered in any way and should retain its original file name. This is intended to eliminate fraud and deception on the part of our customers, who should understand that they are receiving a trial version in your archive and that they are not buying software directly from the manufacturer in a registered format (Blind Bat Software). The end-user cost of the archive can be sufficient enough to cover the cost of the media that it is distributed on, but cannot include substantial overhead with the intent to make a profit off of the software included on the archive.
