1. Ownership: The eCorral Shareware and the accompanying files are owned by Big Horizon Software, LLC and are protected by one or more of U.S. Patents No. 6,460,040 and 6,658,418 and/or other pending patent applications, copyright laws, and trade secrets and protectable by laws of other nations, and by international treaties. Use of eCorral Shareware is governed by terms of a “click-through” license agreement accompanying the shareware and incorporated by reference herein.
2. Distributor shall: (a) prominently display a statement indicating that eCorral Shareware is provided under a limited 30-day "try-before-you-buy" distribution method or other words to that effect acceptable to Big Horizon Software, LLC and (b) distribute the eCorral Shareware with a full set of unmodified files (including, for example, programs, documentation, installation files and sample data files) as provided by Big Horizon Software LLC.
3. Distributor shall NOT: (a) charge any prospective user of eCorral Shareware for access to the shareware without the prior authorization of Big Horizon Software, LLC.; (b) distribute any modified version of eCorral Shareware; (c) wrap the e-Corral Shareware within another software package, add files to the shareware, or install it in conjunction with other software; (d) distribute a registered version of the eCorral Shareware or any registration keys which can be used to convert a trial version of the shareware into a registered version; and/or (e) take any other action which would enable use of any copy of the eCorral Shareware beyond the 30-day trial period w
