IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY: This Brigsoft DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENTS ("DA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Brigsoft for the any software product of Brigsoft, which includes computer software.
SOFTWARE PRODUCT DISTRIBUTION
1. DISTRIBUTION. This SOFTWARE is distributed as freeware ore shareware on standard terms for these licenses. Brigsoft allows and encourages all web sites, on-line services, shareware disk vendors, CD-ROM vendors, bulletin board systems, and end-users to freely distribute the evaluation version of this Software. It is generally not necessary to contact Brigsoft for authorization, and you may begin offering the evaluation version immediately.
2. RESTRICTIONS. You may not reverse engineer, de-compile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
4. TERMINATION. Without prejudice to any other rights, Brigsoft may terminate this DA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this DA.
5. COPYRIGHT. The SOFTWARE is protected by United States copyright law and international treaty provisions. You acknowledge that no title to the intellectual property in the SOFTWARE is transferred to you. You further acknowledge that title and full ownership rights to the SOFTWARE will remain the exclusive property of Brigsoft and you will not acquire any rights to the SOFTWARE except as expressly set forth in this document. You agree that any copies of the SOFTWARE will contain the same proprietary notices which appear on and in the SOFTWARE.
6. NO WARRANTIES. The Software is being delivered to you AS IS and Brigsoft makes no warranty as to its use or performance for end users.
