DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT
for ARPTON(tm) 1.1a
This Distribution Agreement ("AGREEMENT") is a legal agreement between you ("DISTRIBUTOR") and ArptonSoft, LLC ("AUTHOR")
for the ARPTON(tm) program ("SOFTWARE"), which includes computer software and associated media, and may include online or electronic documentation.
1. GENERAL DEFINITIONS
(a) This is a free trial version of the SOFTWARE which is marketed as SHAREWARE. You are hereby licensed to distribute the SOFTWARE for trial purposes without charge, make as many copies of the SOFTWARE and documentation as you wish.
(b) The AUTHOR reserves the right to update the contents of the SOFTWARE and its associated components at its discretion
without any oligation to any DISTRIBUTOR.
2. RESTRICTIONS:
(a) DISTRIBUTOR is expressly prohibited from selling, or leasing the Trial version of this SOFTWARE, reverse engineering, decompiling, translating, disassembling, deciphering, decrypting, or otherwise attempting to discover the source code of the SOFTWARE and must keep intact all copyright notices on all copies of the SOFTWARE.
(b) DISTRIBUTOR may not correct, modify, alter, adapt, port, or merge the SOFTWARE in any way in part or in whole.
(c) All intellectual property rights in and to the licensed works are and shall remain in author.
(d) The SOFTWARE can be activated for unlimited use only on a computer where the Trial Version had been installed.
3. TERMINATION
(a) This AGREEMENT is effective until terminated.
(b) This AGREEMENT will automatically terminate if DISTRIBUTOR violates the terms of this AGREEMENT.
No notice shall be required from the AUTHOR to effect such termination.
