END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

The present license agreement is a legal document, it consists between you and AnVir Software. By installing or using the program, you agree to be bound by the terms of this license. If you do not agree to the terms of this license, do not use this program and remove the program from your system. By clicking on the "I Agree" button, YOU are consenting to be bound by and are becoming a party to this agreement.

This program is SHAREWARE. You may use this program during a trial period of 20 days on one computer of a local network, at any single time. Following this trial period, if you wish to continue to use the program then you must register. To register, you must complete the registration form and send it, with the registration fee, to one of the authorized registration sites. A registered user is granted a non-exclusive license to use the program on one computer at a time.

DISTRIBUTION
An unregistered, evaluation version of the program may be freely distributed, provided that it is not modified and the original archive remains intact with all accompanying files, and provided that no fee is charged (except for any reasonable fees necessary to cover costs of distribution media). You may not remove any product identification, copyright, proprietary notices or labels from the program.
You may not copy, clone, emulate, sell, rent, lease, modify, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, nor transfer the program, except as provided for in this agreement.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
This program is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AnVir Software expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, of fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement of third party intellectual property rights, and any warranty that may arise by reason of trade usage, custom, or course of dealing. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of this program remains with you. Although we have thoroughly tested this code, AnVir Software cannot guarantee it will work with your system. AnVir Software does not warrant that the functions contained in the program will meet users requirements, or that the operation of the program will be free of errors.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall AnVir Software be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, punitive or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for: personal injury, loss of profits, loss of data or software, work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction or impairment of other goods, loss of confidential or other information, loss of goodwill, loss of privacy, business interruption, failure to meet any duty, negligence, and any other pecuniary or other loss whatsoever) arising out of or in any way related to the use of the program, even if such damage could have been reasonably foreseen. You acknowledge that this program is not designed or licensed for use in on-line equipment in hazardous environments such as operation of nuclear facilities, aircraft navigation or control, or life-critical applications. AnVir Software expressly disclaims any liability resulting from use of the program in any such on-line equipment in hazardous environments.

The foregoing limitations, exclusions and disclaimers shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
