Enable the sleep timer for it.
Specify in what time your computer should turn off and just fall asleep while an evening show, your favorite movie or music is playing.
Why this program?
That is no secret that there is a lot of similar software. But their authors made them too complicated in their effort to add unnecessary features and settings. For instance, would you like either to turn your computer off or restart it? Or maybe you want to turn it off when the usage of the processor will be less than 10%? It is all good for some average people and if you need to turn off your computer before you go asleep, this is the program for you.

Interface. During a countdown, the period trackbar is hidden and the space is used to display a larger font for the timer. The program shows hours, for example, you will see 1:30 instead of 90 minutes, which makes it easier to perceive large timer numbers.
Functionality. The functionality has been improved making the interface worse. Now you can select the range of time for shutting down the computer you find convenient. You can select this interval from 15 minutes to 6 hours. For example, I find it convenient to use the range from 45 minutes to 2 hours with the step of 15 minutes.
