DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT
Authorization. AVANTRIX Inc. grants Distributors a non-exclusive license to distribute any of AVANTRIX Inc`s shareware products, provided that Distributor abides by the Terms of Distribution.
Terms of Distribution:
a. For each product, Distributor must distribute the entire software package in its original state. Distributor may not modify any part of the program or the accompanying files in any way.
b. Distributor agrees to distribute only the latest versions of AVANTRIX products, and agrees to check the AVANTRIX Inc. web site for the latest versions of any products before distributing them.
c. Distributor must send AVANTRIX Inc. a copy of whatever collection/book/CD-ROM, etc. that AVANTRIX software is included on.
