You can use ACDSee Classic to view, manage and print your image files and thumbnails quickly. Convert whole batches of files to new formats, including bmp, jpeg, pcx, tga, and tiff. Plus, play WAV sound files and create your personal image slide shows!
ACDSee Classic gives you support for your digital camera and lets you take software controlled pictures. It also uses less memory to view images than other digital imaging applications.

3. No money is charged to the person receiving the software, beyond reasonable cost of packaging and other overhead.
